1. General Policy
At Hotel Sabharwal Inn, we strive to offer flexibility and transparency in our booking process. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair to both our guests and our business. By making a reservation with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

 

2. Booking Cancellation by Guest

  • Standard Bookings:

    • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the check-in date will be eligible for a 100% refund.

    • Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before check-in will be eligible for a 50% refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows will result in no refund.

  • Non-Refundable/Promotional Bookings:

    • These bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund, as clearly stated at the time of booking.

 

3. Booking Modification

  • Guests may request changes to their booking (such as dates or room type) at least 48 hours prior to check-in, subject to availability.

  • If modified to a date with a higher rate, the price difference must be paid by the guest.

  • Date modifications within 24 hours of check-in are not permitted.

 

4. Early Departure

  • Guests who check out earlier than the reserved stay duration will not be eligible for a refund for the unused nights.

 

5. Cancellation by Hotel

  • In rare cases where we are unable to honor a booking (due to maintenance, overbooking, or unforeseen circumstances), we will offer:

    • An alternative accommodation at a similar property under our group, or

    • A full refund of the booking amount.

 

6. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original method of payment (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.).

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

 

7. Group Bookings & Corporate Stays

  • For bulk or group bookings (more than 3 rooms), separate cancellation terms will apply as shared during the booking process.

  • A written cancellation request must be sent to grpsabharwal@gmail.com.

 

8. No-Show Policy

  • If the guest does not check in on the arrival date and no prior notice is given, the booking will be marked as a no-show, and 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

 

9. How to Cancel a Booking

  • Cancellations must be made through:

    • The platform on which the booking was made (e.g., website, phone, third-party site)

    • Or by calling our reservation team directly at +91 95355 45654
